Datasheets and application notes
23 public documents covering the CC-100 IC, the licensable IP, the RF blocks and the test data behind the PowerStic and Exodus modules. Read the method before you rely on a number.
Integrated circuit
The CC-100 Power Optimizer IC is the base part. It is produced on the GlobalFoundries CM018RF process and is available on request. These documents describe the chip itself.
When you open a datasheet like this one, start with the test conditions, then the supply and load ranges, then the plots. A reduction figure only means something against a stated baseline. Check what was held constant between the with and without runs.

The mechanism and the die-level detail are written up on the integrated circuits page.
Licensable IP
These datasheets cover the blocks you import into your own digital or mixed-signal design: CC-100IP-RF, CC-100IP-PI, CC-100IP-MB, PowerPad and PowerGrid. Each datasheet is where you check how the block attaches to your design, and what it asks of your process and layout.
Look for how the block connects to the supply and ground network, any stated area increase, and any conditions on decoupling capacitance. Revision numbers are in the titles; confirm you hold the latest before you plan a design-in.

RF IP
The CC-201IP to CC-205IP documents describe the RF set: an ultra-low-noise amplifier with gain, a super inductor, a power amplifier and a wideband CMOS rectifier. They are separate blocks and can be taken one at a time.
For RF parts, read the frequency range first, then noise and gain at the conditions the datasheet lists. Current RF reports its own measured and simulated figures, so note which each table uses. The radio frequencies page summarizes how the blocks fit together.
Application notes
Application notes carry the test data. They cover the CC-100 in fuel-cell EVs, shield clamps and insertion, design and characterization, and the PowerStic and Exodus work on workstations, servers and total cost of ownership. These are company test reports, not independent validation.
Check the machines, the workload and the measurement instrument named in each note before you compare its result with your own system. The measurements in the server notes are the ones to repeat with a loaner unit; apply for one from the cloud computing page.
